Sound Bath and Cacao Ceremony imTempel (Steffisburg)

We begin together with a cacao ceremony – ceremonial cacao gently opens the heart, activates the body softly, and lovingly connects you with your innermost self.

Afterwards, you’ll be invited to lie down and immerse yourself in a one-hour sound bath – held by healing vibrations and intuitive singing.

The sounds can stimulate deep processes in body and mind, such as:
